Therapeutic Style

My mission is simple: to share evidence-based tools that empower you to cultivate authentic happiness, mental freedom, inner peace and physical vitality. I am dedicated to helping you identify and transform limiting beliefs and deep-rooted patterns that shape your behavior, health, well-being, relationships and performance. I will help you build greater resilience for life’s challenges and cultivate a mindset aligned with your deepest values and higher purpose. I believe that when you change your mind you can change your life.

Experience:

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology with honors from the University of Calgary, where I also completed my Master of Counselling in Psychology. My professional journey has led me through diverse treatment settings, including community counseling centers, community health clinics, and private practice.

I have had the privilege of working with a broad range of clients facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, impulse control, anger, ADHD, OCD, grief, relationship difficulties, work-life balance, poverty, eating disorders, cancer, chronic illnesses, and life transitions.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, mindfulness, curiosity, empathy, and compassion. I am deeply committed to lifelong learning.

More than just my work:

When I’m not busy crushing cardio and lifting weights, you can find me diving into a captivating story or buried in a psychology book, unraveling the mysteries of the mind. I have a passion for making sourdough bread and am a self-proclaimed foodie and kitchen magician. My friends and family fill my life with laughter and joy. Nature, music and meditation nourish my soul.
