Psychology & Wellness
Work Where Depth, Embodiment, and Relational Integrity Matter
At Alignment Psychology & Wellness, we are building more than a clinic. We are cultivating a community of therapists and coaches who believe that real change happens through nervous system safety, secure attachment, and embodied presence.
We are seeking clinicians and coaches who are aligned with our values and approach. Professionals who are committed to depth over volume, integrity over performance, and relational work that is both evidence-based and deeply human.

Who We Are
Alignment Psychology & Wellness is a holistic, relationally focused practice supporting individuals, couples, and families.
We integrate attachment theory, relational neuroscience, somatic awareness, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help people build lives and relationships that can hold honesty, emotional intensity, and growth without self-abandonment.
We are proudly LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome practitioners and clients of all genders, identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures. Safety, inclusion, and respect are foundational not optional.

What It’s Like to Work at Alignment
We are intentional about creating a work environment that reflects the same principles we support in our clients.
At Alignment, you can expect:
-
A supportive, relational team culture grounded in respect and collaboration
-
Opportunities for consultation, reflection, and professional growth
-
A practice that prioritizes quality of care over caseload quantity
-
Administrative and referral support so you can focus on your clinical work
-
Flexibility and autonomy within a shared philosophical framework
-
A leadership team that values embodiment, boundaries, and sustainability
We believe therapists and coaches do their best work when they feel supported, resourced, and aligned.

Our Values
This role is for therapists and coaches who:

-
Value nervous system regulation and secure attachment as central to healing
-
Work relationally and somatically, not only cognitively
-
See themselves as co-regulators, guides, and facilitators of capacity
-
Are curious, reflective, and committed to ongoing learning
-
Prefer depth and sustainability over high-volume, burnout-driven models
-
Want to be part of a collaborative team rather than practicing in isolation
-
Are aligned with an integrative, whole-person approach (mind, body, nervous system)
This role may not be a fit if you are seeking a purely manualized, symptom-focused, or productivity-driven environment.

Our Values
Our work is guided by the following principles:
-
Nervous system safety is foundational
-
Secure attachment can be learned and embodied
-
Healing happens in a relationship
-
Depth creates lasting change
-
Integrity matters more than image
-
Growth should be sustainable for clients and clinicians alike
If these values resonate with you, you will likely feel at home here.
