The Quality of Your Life Is in Direct Parallel to the Quality of Your Relationships.

We help couples and individuals build relationships that are grounded in safety, built on skill, and rooted in real connection. Not just better communication. Real understanding.

We offer a Free 15- minute phone or video consultation.

Our Philosophy

Love is not enough. It never has been.

You can love someone deeply and still feel completely alone in your relationship. You can love your partner and have no idea how to actually reach them when it matters.

We believe that relationships aren't just something you feel. They're something you build. With vision, with agreements, and with the skill to truly handle each other well. Like a team. Like partners who always have each other's back.

The quality of your life is in direct parallel to the quality of your relationships. That's not just our philosophy. It's backed by 90 years of Harvard research. And it's something our founder, Dayna Mullen, has lived, studied, and practiced for over 25 years.

Our mission? Help you build a relationship that actually feels secure. Where you feel seen, held, and like your relationship comes first.

Our Mission Is To Get you There.

BEYOND TALK THERAPY

We Go Beyond the Conversation

The language of your mind is thoughts. The language of your body is feelings. Real connection requires both.

Most therapy stays in the conversation, the words, the stories, the explanations. We go further. We integrate the body. Because 93% of communication is nonverbal, and if we're only working with what you're saying, we're missing almost everything.

We work with what's happening in your nervous system, your facial expressions, your body language, and the space between you and your partner, in real time. We don't just help you hear each other. We help you feel each other. Because when your partner actually feels felt by you, everything shifts.

We help you come back into your body without leaving your mind behind. That's where the real connection lives.

How We Work With You

dayna-relationship-psychologist.jpeg

Meet Dayna Mullen,
R.Psych, MSc (Marriage & Family Therapy)

I've been fascinated by relationships for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I'd watch my parents — two deeply loving people who also had some really big fights. And I'd try to help them find their way back to each other. I've been doing this work my whole life. The degree just made it official.

I've spent over 25 years working with couples and individuals, 17 of those training under Dr. Stan Tatkin in the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). I'm also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) because I believe we're all made up of parts — and when we learn to see those parts in ourselves and in our partner with curiosity instead of judgment, everything changes.

But here's what I think matters most: I'm not just a psychologist who studies relationships. I'm a wife of 23 years and a mom of three who lives this every single day. My marriage is the thing I'm most proud of in my life, and I bring that lived experience into every session.

My clients say working with me feels like being in a living room with someone who actually sees them. I'm warm and I'm playful, but I'm also direct. I will lovingly call it as I see it. I always make sure you feel safe and seen first, because nothing shifts until you do.

My mission is bigger than my practice. I want to change the culture of relationships. One couple, one person, one conversation at a time.

What We Stand For

Person First, Problem Second. Before we focus on what's hard, we see who you are. You will always feel safe, respected, and understood in this space. Always.

We See the Whole Person. Who you are matters to us. Your culture, your faith, your identity, your story. All of it. And underneath all of it, we see the human being. We are proudly LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming of all cultural, spiritual, and relational backgrounds. Whoever you are, however you love, you belong here.

Trained as a Team. When you work with any member of our team, you're getting Dayna's methodology. Our associates train directly under her, and we do regular group consultations so every client receives the highest level of care.

We Practice What We Preach. This isn't theoretical for us. We live in our own relationships what we teach in our sessions. That's the standard.
